We were honored to be able to recognize Doris Lust at our 2021 Quilt Festival for twenty five years of service to OQS.  Doris is one of the Founding Mothers of Ogallala Quilter's Society and celebrated her 100th birthday in 2021. Doris still makes beautiful quilts and the Dimmitt community celebrated with us by displaying many of her quilts throughout local businesses!
OQS is busy planning our 2022 Winter Experience coming in January to Ceta Canyon Retreat Center near Happy, Texas. Complete information and registration forms are available here!

Our Faculty Committee is looking for talented quilters who are willing to share their knowledge with others. If you are interested in teaching at our 2022 OQS Festival, please let us know! Teacher Proposals need to be submitted with pictures by October 1, 2021. If you have any questions, you can email our Faculty Committee Chair, Cinde Ebeling, at cbebeling@sptc.net

More information can be found here, including our Teacher Proposal Form.
